Someone needs to be in when your package is due to be delivered as we need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once or they’ll leave a card confirming details on how to collect it.
If you are placing an order within Canada, there is no customs and import duties. If you are placing an order outside of Canada, you will be responsible for any customs and imports duties.

Please make sure to include the Order #, the product name, and a include a photo of the product that is faulty.
If your expected shipping date has passed, then please contact us by emailing our Customer Service at [email protected] and we will sort it for you.

Your order could be in a couple of places such as our warehouse, with the courier on its way, or delivered.
You can track your order HERE using your order number from your order email (don’t forget to check those junk folders). Once you have the order email you can track it yourself via Track my order page HERE.
If you don’t have your order number with you, you can get it by logging into your account HERE and then by going to ‘Order’.
