What are your two favorite brands from our STYLEFAV website?

I really like Black Score , P.E Nation , their clothing is amazing for comfy traveling, hike or work out. And although it’s a men’s brand I absolutely love Concepts d’Odeur , I use too always borrowed my boyfriend’s T-shirts and hoodies as I love the cut and how it looks on me so now I quite often purchase men’s clothing for myself.

What inspired your love for travelling?

I love learning new things, traveling allows one to learn about cultures, food, meet new people, experience new things, and have an open mind. Not to mention the beautiful memories that are stuck with you and the people you travel with.

What is one country you think everyone should visit and why?

I think one should visit a place that is completely opposite to their culture and that they are used to. For example, if the person lives in Europe, America, or Canada, the Middle East and Asia would be a great place to visit and vice versa. Personally I really want to go back to Abu Dhabi and see the Louvre. Thailand is also such a beautiful place and we had such an amazing time there so I would love to go back for sure.

What’s the first thing you do when you land in a new country?

Check how to get to my hotel or Airbnb, once I dropped my stuff I’m ready to explore local cuisines and have a stroll in the area I’m staying.

In your opinion what is the best way to get to know a country?

I absolutely love going to museums, temples, historical monuments, walking as much as possible, using local transport, and eating local cuisine.

What are some pre-trip travel tips you can offer our readers?

Depending on what you like to do and how active you are, do your research on top places to visit and top local cuisines if you are happy trying them. This will help you to create a guiding map of things you want to do and it will also show what places are close to each other so that you can visit them on the same day. I also like to look at the trip advisor and read some other people’s comments about the restaurant I want to go to or a landmark I want to visit as you can always find useful tips and find out how good their experience was. Once you have a little agenda it helps to make the most of your holiday.

How do you plan your outfits for a trip?

It always depends on the current temperature, how active I’m going to be, and what places I am visiting. But I will always have sportswear with me as I am quite an active person and cute outfit for dinner, date night, or a night out. I found some really nice stuff for my next trip on Stylefav.

Window or Aisle seat?

Definitely window, it has a great view, a wall to rest your head if you feel a bit sleepy haha and nobody will ever bother you if they need a toilet!

What has been your greatest adventure so far?

There have been so many, it’s difficult to choose one. The horse riding, Bob Marley house visit and beautiful sunsets in Jamaica, temples, and beaches in Thailand, Mosque in Abu Dhabi, souk, camel riding and shisha in Dubai’s desert, architecture and beautiful caves with the crystal clear water in Malta, organic food, saunas and sandy beaches in Latvia, nightlife and secret bars & restaurants in Shanghai, mountains in Boulder, I could name more and more beautiful experiences.

What’s one country that you haven’t been yet that your dying to go to and one country you’d go to again and again?

Well, I had a trip to Bali planned a couple of weeks ago but that’s been canceled with the current situation. I’m pretty obsessed with Asia at the moment it looks like a paradise… or maybe it is… I would like to go to Cambodia and see the temples, I also would like to go to the Philippines in the near future and Saint Petersburg in Russia to see a ballet. Each place has something wonderful to offer and on one trip it’s impossible to see it all so there isn’t a place that I would not like to visit again.

If you could go back in time, what’s one piece of advice you’d give to your younger self?

Don’t be lazy as that will pay off later in life, stop caring what others think and enjoy the journey!
