Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Sale & Conditions, thus making the updated terms binding upon you. STYLEFAV may not provide individual notifications for each update; therefore, it remains your responsibility as a customer to regularly consult these terms to ensure your familiarity with the latest version. 2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • Reside within Delivery Territories: STYLEFAV ships products only to specified territories. To complete a purchase, you must reside in or have a shipping address within one of these eligible regions. Orders with addresses outside our delivery zones may be refused or canceled at STYLEFAV’s discretion.

By submitting an order through any of our purchase channels, you affirm that you are the authorized account holder or have obtained the account holder’s permission to use the specified payment method. Additionally, by proceeding with the transaction, you confirm your understanding of any applicable payment terms, fees, or limitations associated with your chosen payment method.

In cases where there is reason to suspect unauthorized use or fraud, STYLEFAV reserves the right to request additional verification and may cancel or suspend any transaction that cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Shipping Restrictions
STYLEFAV currently delivers only within specific territories. Orders must include a shipping address within these predefined zones. If you place an order with a shipping address outside these eligible delivery zones, STYLEFAV reserves the right to refuse the order, cancel it, or take any necessary steps to address the situation. We encourage customers to confirm that their desired shipping address is eligible before placing an order to prevent delays or cancellations.

3. Customer Conduct and Intellectual Property

Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe, positive environment for all users, STYLEFAV expects customers to use our Site and services responsibly. By accessing our Site, you agree to refrain from any actions that could negatively impact our systems, our services, or the experience of other users. Specifically, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

Account Termination
STYLEFAV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated our Terms of Sale & Conditions or engaged in prohibited conduct. Account termination is a measure of last resort, intended to protect the integrity of our platform and the safety of our community. In the event of account termination, you may be barred from accessing our services, making purchases, or interacting with other customers on the Site.

Ownership of Intellectual Property
STYLEFAV holds ownership rights or licenses to all intellectual property used in our products, website content, branding, and associated materials. This includes, but is not limited to, product designs, text, graphics, logos, images, video clips, downloadable content, and software. User-Generated Content
STYLEFAV values user engagement and encourages customers to share their experiences, ideas, and feedback through content submissions such as photographs, videos, and written testimonials. When you submit any such content to us, you grant STYLEFAV a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display this content worldwide in any media format. This license allows us to use your content in marketing, advertising, and other communications that promote STYLEFAV products and services.

By submitting content, you acknowledge that we are under no obligation to maintain submitted content in confidence, pay compensation, or respond to any content submission. You also agree that STYLEFAV may alter, adapt, or delete any submitted content at our discretion without prior notice.

Responsibility for Submitted Content
By submitting any content to STYLEFAV, you represent and warrant that:

  • You hold all necessary rights to the content submitted or have obtained permission from the rightful owner to provide us with the rights described above.
  • Your submitted content does not infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.
  • Your content does not contain material that is defamatory, unlawful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree to indemnify STYLEFAV against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your submission of infringing or inappropriate content. STYLEFAV reserves the right to review submitted content and may remove or refuse to display any content deemed to be in violation of our standards or policies.

4. How a Contract is Formed

Making an Offer to Purchase
When you select a product on our website or in-store and proceed to checkout, you are making an official offer to purchase the selected items. Adding items to your online cart or expressing interest in-store does not constitute an order. By clicking “Place Order” or confirming payment at the checkout, you confirm your intent to purchase and acknowledge these Terms of Sale & Conditions as part of your transaction. Submitting an order represents a commitment to proceed with the purchase under the terms specified, including any listed prices, taxes, or shipping fees.

Acknowledgment of Your Order
Upon submission, STYLEFAV acknowledges receipt of your order:

  • Online Purchases: After placing an order on our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email serves as an acknowledgment, not an acceptance. It indicates that your order has entered our system and is under review.
  • In-Store Purchases: When making an in-store purchase, our sales staff will provide acknowledgment at the point of sale, confirming that we have received payment and that your order details are recorded. This acknowledgment confirms that you have successfully completed the transaction in-store.

Order Review and Acceptance
Every order submitted to STYLEFAV is subject to review and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion without liability. Reasons for non-acceptance of an order may include, but are not limited to:

  • Product Unavailability: If a product is unavailable or out of stock, we may need to decline your order or offer alternative options if available.
  • Errors in Product Description or Pricing: In cases where there is a mistake in product description, pricing, or other details, we reserve the right to correct the error and either offer the correct price or cancel the order.
  • Order Errors: If there are errors in your order, such as incorrect product selections, quantities, or payment information, we may contact you for clarification or, if necessary, decline the order.

  • In-Store Purchases: In-store contracts are confirmed at the point of sale. A binding contract is formed upon successful payment and handover of the goods to you. The physical receipt provided serves as proof of contract.

Non-Acceptance or Cancellation of Your Order
STYLEFAV aims to fulfill all accepted orders; however, we may need to cancel or revise orders under certain conditions. In situations where we must cancel your order after acceptance (e.g., due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or issues with payment), we will notify you promptly. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full to your original payment method, and you will be informed of the reason for the cancellation.

5. Price and Payment

All prices for products on our website and in-store are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include any applicable taxes or delivery costs. At the time of checkout, whether online or in-store, these additional charges will be calculated based on your selected products, delivery method, and location, and will be clearly displayed as part of your total amount due. This transparent approach ensures you are fully aware of all associated costs before completing your purchase.

Adjustments and Modifications to Pricing
STYLEFAV reserves the right to modify prices, promotional offers, and product specifications at any time before the confirmation of your order. Pricing adjustments may occur for reasons such as changes in market conditions, product discontinuation, updates in manufacturer pricing, corrections of errors in advertisements, or other factors. Any such changes will apply only to new orders. Orders already confirmed and accepted will remain unaffected by subsequent price changes.

Accepted Methods of Payment
We strive to provide a range of payment options to enhance convenience and accessibility for our customers. STYLEFAV currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: We accept major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Eligibility and Limitations: Coupons and promotional codes are subject to eligibility requirements, including minimum purchase values, expiration dates, and specific product or category restrictions. Coupons cannot be used on items already marked as on sale, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Single Use and Non-transferability: Coupons are generally limited to single use per customer, unless otherwise specified. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Application at Checkout: Coupons and promotional codes must be entered at the time of checkout to receive the discount. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, and STYLEFAV cannot honor coupons after their expiration date.

Gift Cards
STYLEFAV offers gift cards that can be used as a convenient and flexible payment option for purchases on our website or in-store. Gift cards are available in various denominations and make an excellent gift choice for friends and family.

  • Non-Expiration
    STYLEFAV gift cards do not expire, ensuring that recipients can use them at their convenience without any time limitations. This policy complies with Canadian laws prohibiting expiration on most gift cards.
  • Balance and Redemption
    Gift cards can only be redeemed for products or services offered by STYLEFAV, either in-store or on our website. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use. Please note that gift card balances are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
  • Lost or Stolen Cards
    Gift cards should be treated like cash. STYLEFAV is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. If your card is lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service team, and we will do our best to assist, although replacement is not guaranteed.
  • Limitations
    Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be reloaded or resold. Gift cards are non-transferable and may not be used for illegal purposes.

    STYLEFAV gift cards comply with applicable laws in Canada, ensuring fair use and protection for cardholders.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available Shipping Methods
We offer a range of shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Shipping times and availability vary depending on the destination and product selected:

  • Standard Shipping: For domestic orders, standard shipping generally delivers within 2-7 business days. This option provides a balance between cost and delivery speed, making it ideal for non-urgent purchases.
  • Express Shipping: This option is available for faster delivery, typically within 1-3 business days domestically. Express shipping is recommended for time-sensitive orders, though additional charges may apply based on location and item weight.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. We partner with reliable international carriers to provide an estimated delivery range; however, these timeframes are subject to customs processes and other international logistics factors that may cause delays beyond our control.
  • Local Same-Day Delivery: Same-day delivery is available for customers within select local regions through services such as Uber, SkipTheDishes and Fantuan. To qualify, orders must be placed at least one hour before the store’s closing time, and availability is subject to specific location and product availability. Please note that same-day delivery may incur additional charges, and availability is restricted to certain locations.

Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and delivery destination. During checkout, the total shipping cost will be displayed for review before you complete your order. Taxes on shipping are calculated based on applicable local, state, or national tax laws.

International Shipping Duties and Taxes
For shipments to the U.S. and other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees. These charges, determined by the destination country, are the recipient’s responsibility and are typically collected upon delivery. We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict specific amounts. Customers are encouraged to check their country’s import regulations to understand potential duties and fees that may apply.

Non-Refundable Duties and Import Taxes
Duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged by your destination country are non-refundable. These charges are collected and regulated by local customs authorities and cannot be reimbursed by us, including in cases of returns, refusals, or order cancellations. Customers seeking refunds for duties must contact their local customs office directly.

Legal Compliance
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the laws and import regulations of the destination country. We are not responsible for any products held or confiscated by customs. We recommend consulting with local authorities or customs offices if you have questions regarding restrictions on imported goods.

Order Processing
Orders are processed during our regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and inventory availability but typically take 1-2 business days. Customers will receive a notification once their order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery Estimates
We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframes for each shipping method, but these dates are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processes, or adverse weather conditions. If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Carriers
We work with reputable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Canada Post, Intelcom, FleetOptics, Ecom Logistics, Whiz Delivery, Uber, SkipTheDishes, and Fantuan to provide reliable delivery services. The carrier selected may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. Each carrier is chosen to ensure efficient and secure delivery of your order.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can monitor your package’s progress. For international and most domestic shipments, real-time tracking will be available. Local same-day delivery may not include real-time tracking, but customers will receive confirmation once delivery is complete.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal limitations in specific countries or regions. Some locations or products may also have limitations on shipping options available. Same-day delivery is limited to designated local areas only.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss or damage to your order transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. We automatically includes shipping insurance for all eligible packages at no additional cost to you to ensure added protection during transit. We work with trusted carriers to minimize risks; however, once an item is with the carrier, We are not liable for any damage or losses beyond the coverage provided by the carrier and included insurance.

7. Undelivered or Stolen Parcels

Failed Deliveries and Return of Packages
If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us by the carrier, we will investigate the reason for the failed delivery. Common reasons include incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery. If the delivery failure is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply if the package needs to be resent. STYLEFAV is not liable for any delays or costs associated with reshipping packages due to address errors provided at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned due to reasons beyond your control (such as carrier error), we will assume responsibility for arranging and covering the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt to ensure all items are in good condition. Should any items be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so our Customer Service team can assess and address the issue. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the circumstances and product availability.

For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. After this period, our ability to investigate or provide a replacement may be limited. STYLEFAV will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Investigations for Undelivered or Stolen Parcels
In cases where a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but is not received, notify us immediately. We recommend checking with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office to confirm whether the package was delivered to an alternate location or held for pickup. All orders valued at $200 CAD or more will require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

If the package remains unlocated, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier, which may take several weeks due to the carrier’s internal procedures. During this time, we will maintain open communication and keep you informed of any updates regarding the status of your package. If needed, we will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution based on the investigation outcome.

Limitation of Liability for Stolen Parcels
For packages confirmed as “delivered” by the carrier but later reported as stolen or missing, STYLEFAV is not liable. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or offer further guidance. For added security, we encourage customers to arrange a safe delivery location if needed.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

STYLEFAV is committed to providing a seamless return and exchange process for our customers. Please review the guidelines below to understand our policy for both online and in-store purchases.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Return Window:
    • Online Purchases: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
    • In-Store Purchases: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Holiday Purchases: For purchases made from November 1 through December 31, items may be returned within 45 days of receiving or purchasing the item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety considerations, including:
    • All skincare or personal care items
    • Products marked as “Final Sale”
    • Gift cards

Canada & U.S. – Online Returns

  1. Initiate Return:
    • For Account Holders: Log into your STYLEFAV account and visit the Request Return section.
    • For Non-Account Holders: If you don’t have an account, please complete our Return Request Form on our website, providing your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Once our Customer Service team reviews your request, they will initiate a return ticket and send you specific instructions to complete your return, including generating a return label and, if applicable, a return commercial invoice.
  3. Drop-Off and Confirmation: Follow the provided instructions, and ensure you receive a confirmation receipt when dropping off your return parcel.
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return parcel is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days.

Additional Terms – Canada & U.S.

  • One Free Return Per Order: Each order is eligible for one free return. Any additional returns from the same order will incur a return shipping fee.
  • You may return multiple items in a single return at no additional cost; however, further returns beyond the initial submission will require the customer to cover return shipping.

International Returns

  1. Initiate Return:

    • For Non-Account Holders: If you don’t have an account, please fill out our Return Request Form on our website to initiate the return process.

In-Store Returns
For in-store purchases, please return the item(s) to any STYLEFAV location within 30 days of the purchase date, along with the original receipt. In-store returns must meet the same eligibility conditions as online returns. Our in-store team will inspect the returned items to verify eligibility, and any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

In-Store Only Policy: Please note that online-exclusive items and international orders are not eligible for in-store returns. We recommend contacting Customer Service if you need further assistance with these types of returns.

Exchanges
STYLEFAV offers exchanges for eligible items purchased in-store. Simply bring the item(s) to any STYLEFAV location along with your original receipt, and our team will assist you with selecting an alternative item of equal or lesser value. Any remaining balance can be refunded to the original payment method, or you may choose an additional item to make up the difference. Exchanges must meet the same condition requirements as returns, and availability is subject to in-store stock.

Online Orders: Currently, online orders are only eligible for returns, not direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item(s) through our online process and placing a new order for your preferred items.

Important Notes for All Returns and Exchanges

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 business days of processing.
  • Condition Verification: All items are inspected upon receipt, and refunds are granted based on compliance with the eligibility criteria.
  • One Free Return Per Order: For Canada and U.S. online returns, only one free return per order is permitted. Additional returns from the same order will incur a shipping fee.

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless we are responsible for the issue (including defective items, incorrect items received, or verified shipping errors). Returns made for any other reason—such as change of mind, sizing issues, or preference-based decisions—will not include a refund of the original shipping charges.

For U.S. and Canada orders that qualify for one free return, we cover the cost of the return shipping label; however, this does not include reimbursement of the original shipping fees.

Non-Refundable Duties and Import Taxes
Duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged by your destination country are non-refundable. These charges are collected and regulated by local customs authorities and cannot be reimbursed by us, including in cases of returns, refusals, or order cancellations. Customers seeking refunds for duties must contact their local customs office directly.

Data Use
