RETURN POLICY
STYLEFAV is committed to providing a seamless return and exchange process for our customers. Please review the guidelines below to understand our policy for both online and in-store purchases.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Return Window:
- Online Purchases: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of receiving the product.
- In-Store Purchases: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Holiday Purchases: For purchases made from November 1 through December 31, items may be returned within 45 days of receiving or purchasing the item.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety considerations, including:
- All skincare or personal care items
- Products marked as “Final Sale”
- Gift cards
Canada & U.S. – Online Returns
- Initiate Return: Please complete our Return Request Form on our website, providing your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Once our Customer Service team reviews your request, they will initiate a return ticket and send you specific instructions to complete your return, including generating a return label and, if applicable, a return commercial invoice.
- Drop-Off and Confirmation: Follow the provided instructions, and ensure you receive a confirmation receipt when dropping off your return parcel.
- Refund Processing: Once your return parcel is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Additional Terms – Canada & U.S.
- One Free Return Per Order: Each order is eligible for one free return. Any additional returns from the same order will incur a return shipping fee.
- You may return multiple items in a single return at no additional cost; however, further returns beyond the initial submission will require the customer to cover return shipping.
International Returns
- Initiate Return:
- For Account Holders: Log into your STYLEFAV account and visit the Request Return section.
- For Non-Account Holders: If you don’t have an account, please fill out our Return Request Form on our website to initiate the return process.
- Return Shipping: Once Customer Service initiates a return ticket, you may either:

- Confirmation of Receipt: Ensure you receive a confirmation of receipt for tracking purposes when you drop off your parcel with your chosen courier.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return parcel, eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
In-Store Returns
For in-store purchases, please return the item(s) to any STYLEFAV location within 30 days of the purchase date, along with the original receipt. In-store returns must meet the same eligibility conditions as online returns. Our in-store team will inspect the returned items to verify eligibility, and any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
In-Store Only Policy: Please note that online-exclusive items and international orders are not eligible for in-store returns. We recommend contacting Customer Service if you need further assistance with these types of returns.
Exchanges
STYLEFAV offers exchanges for eligible items purchased in-store. Simply bring the item(s) to any STYLEFAV location along with your original receipt, and our team will assist you with selecting an alternative item of equal or lesser value. Any remaining balance can be refunded to the original payment method, or you may choose an additional item to make up the difference. Exchanges must meet the same condition requirements as returns, and availability is subject to in-store stock.
Online Orders: Currently, online orders are only eligible for returns, not direct exchanges. We recommend returning the item(s) through our online process and placing a new order for your preferred items.
Important Notes for All Returns and Exchanges
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 3 business days of processing.
- Condition Verification: All items are inspected upon receipt, and refunds are granted based on compliance with the eligibility criteria.
- One Free Return Per Order: For Canada and U.S. online returns, only one free return per order is permitted. Additional returns from the same order will incur a shipping fee.
Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, unless we are responsible for the issue (including defective items, incorrect items received, or verified shipping errors). Returns made for any other reason—such as change of mind, sizing issues, or preference-based decisions—will not include a refund of the original shipping charges.
For U.S. and Canada orders that qualify for one free return, we cover the cost of the return shipping label; however, this does not include reimbursement of the original shipping fees.
Non-Refundable Duties and Import Taxes
Duties, import taxes, and customs fees charged by your destination country are non-refundable. These charges are collected and regulated by local customs authorities and cannot be reimbursed by us, including in cases of returns, refusals, or order cancellations. Customers seeking refunds for duties must contact their local customs office directly.
