How would you describe your personal style?
My style is neutral in color, filled with basic pieces that make everyday fashion easy. I love playing with color in my makeup, but my clothes are mostly earth colors and classic. I don´t feel like I care too much about trends, and I never buy anything if I don’t absolutely LOVE it. I buy it to wear it for a long time.
What message do you think your personal style sends?
Down to earth, but a little bit extra as well.
If you could raid anyone’s closet, who would it be?
Matilda Djerf. She´s way more colourful than I am, but her basic staple pieces are out of this world. I love her playful, yet classic look. Her clothes look both comfy and fashionable. The perfect balance.
What is your favourite clothing item and why?
I love vests! They make layering so easy, and this has become a favourite in my wardrobe. You can wear them alone, and over both sweaters and shirts. They look chic under blazers and jackets as well.
If you could sit front row at any brand’s fashion show which brand would it be and why?
Prada. I vibe very much with the classic styles, and iconic looks. A brand that´s very “me”. Forever in style.
Where do you go to be fashion inspired?
I go to Instagram every time. I follow so many inspiring people, that make everyday fashion so creative and fun. I love both colorful, neutral, and monochrome accounts. They inspire and affect me in different ways, which I love.
Favorite fashion magazine?
I don´t read magazines, but I think my feed on Instagram is very close to a magazine, actually. It´s filled with fashion inspiration, beauty, trends and tips and tricks. I think it´s so fun that you can be inspired in so many ways – by following people that stand out to you. It´s like a self-made magazine.
How do you feel about fashion trends and have any trends become staples in your personal style?
If what´s trendy is something I would wear without it being trendy, I will jump right on the trend. I think trends is a great way to find new and different looks that you identify with. But I would never buy something for the sole purpose of it being in trendy “right now”. Trends are awesome if you make it your own, but it´s not “it” if you want to be like everyone else. Be yourself <3
