How would you describe your personal style and how did you develop it?
Omg, this actually a hard question. I believe I’m a mixture of modern street wear and luxury chic. Ever since high school I kept up with the latest trends from youtubers lookbooks and after high school I wanted to add some edge to my style and develop a love for streetwear from my sister.
Where do you go for fashion inspiration?
I live for Pinterest; I go and get color schemes and aesthetics.
Describe the outfit that makes you feel most confident.
This probably sounds so cliché to say but any outfit honestly. You got to look at it like this; Fashion isn’t what you wear but how you wear it. I can find myself wearing baggy clothes and still feel fabulous. I learned that from a young age.
Do you have any fashion rules when putting an outfit together?
My number one rule is not to be afraid to put random things together. As long as you see the vision and your confidence level is there go for it.
If you could back in time and tell your past self DON’T WEAR THAT! Describe which outfit that would be.
It would probably be an outfit my mom put together when I was younger. (Sorry mommy, love you) but there was a time in the 5th grade where I was running to be a part of the student government association and we had an inauguration and my mom dressed me in this pastel green poufy church dressed that reached my ankle with this cream flower that ran across the side with white ankle socks and sparkly cream church girl shoes. When I got to school, I was so embarrassed because everyone had on regular clothes and there I was dressed like that. I knew my mother meant well but I so sad the whole day. I guess that’s probably why I rather overdress than underdress when I go out now.
