Why did you create your Instagram profile?
I created my insta to create uplifting, positive content that makes people feel good. In high school, social media really dragged down my self esteem, so I wanted to make the content that high school me needed. Content without a
photoshopped body that instead encourages you to be your authentic self.
How would you describe your Instagram aesthetic and how did you develop it?
My instagram aesthetic is “colorful creative.” I developed a color palette with my boyfriend that reminds of the sunset and as for the photos I try to incorporate unique photoshoot concepts. My shoots vary from shots in nature to portrait shots done with studio light.
What are your favorite and least favorite things about Instagram?
1) It’s an amazing opportunity to network and meet other creators (and sometimes even friends).
2) It is a fantastic creative outlet that pushes you to learn different creative mediums like short form video, photography etc.
3) It is a number one spot for finding inspiration for everything from clothes to hair.
My least favorite things are:
1) If used the wrong way it can negatively impact your self esteem.
2) The comparison game, you know what i’m talking about. Whether you’re a content creator or just an everyday you’ve inevitably compared your feed to someone else’s and felt like yours isn’t good enough. Or maybe you saw someone who is really fit and now you feel like you have to go on a diet. It’s so important to admire the creators we follow but to mindful of comparing ourselves.
3) The algorithm can drive you insane. It can be pretty upsetting to spend hours on a piece of content all for it to be seen by 10% of your followers.

How would you describe your personal style and how did you develop it?
To be honest my personal style is a lot like me. It changes from day to day and ranges from bohemian, to edgy, to girly. So in short let’s call it boho-edgy ? I developed it by shopping my favorite brands and boutiques and mixing and matching individual pieces to create a unique look.
What message do you think your personal style sends?
I like to think the message is somewhere along the lines of “I’m gonna wear what makes me happy no matter what you think.” Not that I always dress eccentrically, but I have had people joke about my “dino stomper” fila sneakers, for example, and to be honest I don’t care! I like to wear what I like no matter what.
What are the first items you gravitate towards when you are shopping?
I am a sucker for shirts. I know it seems basic, but I always think that I could use a new shirt even when I only have like six jeans. Also love hair accessories like hats and scrunchies.
If you could raid anyone’s closet, who would it be and why?
Oh boy, this one is very hard. I am gonna say Kendall Jenner’s because let’s be honest, her style is always amazing.
How do you feel about fashion trends and are there any trends that have become staples in your personal style?
I don’t always follow every single trend, for example, I never got into the bucket hat trend, but there are a few I have adopted. For one, bell bottom jeans have just become a staple for me as have western belts and scrunchies.
Do you have any fashion rules when putting together an outfit?
Not too many, but I like to match my shoes to my belt and always like to at least one stand out accessory. Either a hat, or statement piece.
Picture yourself in 25 years , where are you and what are you wearing?
like to think I’m in Paris and I’m wearing a floor length dress on my way to a glamorous event.
