Online return service
You can choose to get the parcel ready to return online and save time. Print the return shipping label from home and only need to drop off the parcel at any Canada Post office afterwards. You will be redirected to Canada Post to generate your return label.

In-person post office return service
Alternately, you can use the return ID number to return the parcel with the service staff at the post office. Please write down the following information and bring it to any Canada Post Office with the return parcel.
