Someone needs to be in when your package is due to be delivered as we need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once or they’ll leave a card confirming details on how to collect it.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. You can place the another order for the right size/color, and submit a return request for the order of the wrong size/color.
We don’t refund delivery charge for those countries outside the EEA (European Economic Area).
You’ve got 14 days to start the return process from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.
If you are placing an order within Canada, there is no customs and import duties. If you are placing an order outside of Canada, you will be responsible for any customs and imports duties.
