Item out of stock?

You missed it! We do our best to stock the inventory but you can always join our Wait List on the product and you'll be notified when or if it becomes available again.

Our customer service team won't know if a product is coming back in or not, you'll see it first.

What happens if I am not in when my order arrives?

Someone needs to be in when your package is due to be delivered as we need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn't possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once or they'll leave a card confirming details on how to collect it.

Can I exchange the wrong size/color?

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. You can place the another order for the right size/color, and submit a return request for the order of the wrong size/color.

Who do you use for delivery?

Our courier partners are:  UPS, FedEX, Purlator and DHL.

Do you refund the delivery charge?

We don't refund delivery charge for those countries outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

How long do I have to return?

You've got 14 days to start the return process from the day you receive it. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this time.

Will I be charged customs and imports duties?

If you are placing an order within Canada, there is no customs and import duties.  If you are placing an order outside of Canada, you will be responsible for any customs and imports duties.

But keep checking back with us as we will be expanding our delivery operations!

I received a faulty item, what do I do?

We're really sorry to hear that you've received a product that's not in perfect condition. We can get this fixed for you please send us a message @ [email protected]

Please make sure to include the Order #, the product name, and a include a photo of the product that is faulty.

Missing item(s) from my order?

If your expected shipping date has passed, then please contact us by emailing our Customer Service at [email protected] and we will sort it for you.

Where is my order?

Track your order HERE.

Your order could be in a couple of places such as our warehouse, with the courier on its way, or delivered.
You can track your order HERE using your order number from your order email (don't forget to check those junk folders). Once you have the order email you can track it yourself via Track my order page HERE.

If you don't have your order number with you, you can get it by logging into your account HERE and then by going to 'Order'.
